Our client is a renowned HVAC company with over 100 years of experience, operating across 65 countries and owning three different manufacturers. They are seeking a skilled Commissioning Engineer to join their project delivery team.

Salary

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £50k upwards, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a versatile Commissioning Engineer to work alongside our senior team members. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out Air Handling Unit (AHU) commissioning tasks according to established scripts. They will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure compliance with health and safety measures, and help deliver the Commissioning Programme within agreed timeframes and budgets.

  • Responsible for conducting AHU commissioning tasks in line with established procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure site teams adhere to health and safety protocols.
  • Assist in delivering the Commissioning Programme within specified deadlines and budget constraints.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience in HVAC systems.
  • Knowledge of MODBUS systems.
  • Able to work at height, with MEWP and Harness experience preferred.
  • Holds a current and valid CSCS card.
  • Good problem-solving skills, especially with mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
  • Full driving license.
  • Possession of SSSTS or SMSTS card (not essential).
  • Familiarity with Data Centres and ASHREA Commissioning L1-L5 stages (desirable).
