Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Rainbow Care Services. As a Care Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality care and support services to individuals and families in their own homes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, in a sensitive and culturally appropriate manner.
- Creating and maintaining good communication with service users, including those with communication difficulties.
- Alerting the Care Coordinator or Field Supervisor of any changes in the service user's condition or circumstances.
