Job Summary:
Ongo Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Governance Manager to lead and deliver a comprehensive Corporate Governance service to the Group. As the Assistant Company Secretary, you will ensure compliance with statutory, constitutional, and regulatory requirements, providing expert advice on these matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective Corporate Governance strategies to drive business growth and success.
- Provide guidance on compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring the Group remains up-to-date with changing laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and maintain a robust risk management framework.
- Support the development of policies and procedures to ensure the Group's governance framework is robust and effective.
- Provide advice on governance matters, ensuring the Group's interests are protected.
