Senior Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Community Manager to join our team at Jagex Limited. As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for guiding our community through the next iteration of OSRS content creation.
Your primary focus will be on designing and executing community campaigns, owning parts of the Old School community spaces, and contributing to the community strategy. You will work closely with the Lead Community Manager to develop robust action plans in support of the Old School product and improvements within the Community Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the global Old School RuneScape online community.
- Develop community assets such as blogs, livestreams, and interviews.
- Maintain a strong presence and promote on community forums, social media, and within our online games.
- Assist with events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Schedule, manage, and feature in broadcasted media including livestreams, videos, and podcasts.
- Operate and manage Jagex's community platforms including Discord and social media profiles.
Requirements:
- Experience in community management, preferably within the gaming industry.
- A passion for gaming, especially MMOs, and the changes that community management can bring to positively improve the player experience.
- Experience working closely with product teams and providing feedback based on player sentiment.
- Demonstrable experience in creating and executing community campaigns.
- Proficient in using social media platforms for community engagement and promotion.
- Understanding and experience of influencer management.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using community sentiment analysis tools and data analysis.
- Willingness to travel to trade shows and exhibitions.
