Trainee Estate Agent

At The New Homes Group, we're seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our residential sales team in Bingley. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you'll learn all aspects of estate agency and participate in an industry-leading development and training program.

A Quick Look at the Role

In this role, you'll assist clients in finding their dream homes. You'll be trained to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree sales. You'll also optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Skills and Experience Required to be a Successful Estate Agent

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
