About Cityscape:
Cityscape is a leading name within the enabling works industry that prides itself on its excellent reputation to deliver projects within budget and to programme, whilst always maintaining high standards and quality.
They are a professional, technically minded and modern outfit who have proven success of operating primarily as principle contractor on their projects throughout the City.
Much of their work is secured due to repeat business and package values range up to £30M.
As a multifaceted contractor, their core areas of expertise include demolition and dismantling, temporary works, façade retention, structural alterations and substructure packages and current turnover stands in excess of £150M.
Cityscape recruits only the best people, who are motivated, dedicated and can work with a professional outlook.
Having worked closely with Cityscape for many years, I would highly recommend them due to the fact they offer an excellent working environment where they encourage professionals to grow and develop in their career.
Furthermore, with a close management team, the business has the ability to offer a real family feel, assuring that you will be a name rather than just a number within the organisation.

As a Pre-Construction Director, you will liaise with estimators, operations teams and the temporary works department and be accountable for overseeing the preparation of technical aspects of a bid from production of methodologies to programming.
Given this, you will hold vast knowledge of build ability issues, design and logistics on site and have proven success of managing a tender process.
About the Requirements:
In order to be considered for this opportunity, it is essential that you hold a minimum of 2 years' experience working as either a Pre-Construction Manager or Pre-Construction Director (please note, whilst this is a Pre-Construction Director opportunity, Cityscape is open to a professional working at management level, who is looking to step up).
