We are a professional and modern organization specializing in demolition, temporary works, and structural alterations.
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Pre-Construction Director to play a key role in our team. This individual will work closely with estimators and operations teams to prepare technical aspects of project bids.
About the Requirements:
To be considered, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a Pre-Construction Manager or Director in the demolition or construction sector.
A degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is required.
About the Benefits:
This is a permanent position offering a salary range of £120,000 to £140,000 per annum, with additional benefits.
