Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and Sales to ensure excellent customer service in billing and reporting.
  • Assist with achieving Key Performance Indicators set for your area.
  • Work closely with the IT supply chain to oversee recurring billing and processes.
  • Raise and action disputes with suppliers for incorrect billing and credits.
  • Review current billing processes and procedures to identify efficiencies.
  • Maintain strong relationships across Finance and Business Solutions & Services to ensure seamless collaboration between billing and service.
