Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Technician to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day repairs, improvements, programmed, and reactive maintenance as directed by the M&E Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out all works in accordance with appropriate risk assessments and safe systems of work developed in conjunction with Corporate Health and Safety and in accordance with priorities detailed by the building services manager.

Work under the supervision of the Building Service Manager.

Be responsible for various mechanical and electrical works at a range of sites across the borough, both scheduled (i.e. Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive works.

Maintain communications via telephone and other mobile devices.

Requirements:

The ability to work with minimum supervision and in accordance with the 'Lone Working' procedure.

Knowledge and understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in multi-user sites.

The ability to complete documentation such as risk assessments, safe systems of work, permit to work, inspection checklists, timesheets, run sheets, and stock sheets.

Essential Qualifications:

Demonstrable knowledge and experience of working in a Building Maintenance environment, both in a mechanical and electrical capacity.

Appropriately qualified in a relevant trade.

This post requires a full and clean UK driving licence.
