Job Title: UX Researcher

  • Develop and maintain Primark's customer and employee panel for research purposes.
Requirements:

  • Experience with inclusive research practices to ensure diverse user needs are met.
  • Ability to plan and conduct user research for complex services and user journeys.
  • Understanding of social context and user behavior to inform design decisions.
