Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Project Controller to join our team in Wallingford, Oxfordshire. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide financial information and business insights to support fact-based decision making, forecasting, and budgeting.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Part qualified Management Accountant (ACCA, SIMA, or ACA) with project accounting experience.
  • BSc degree in a relevant discipline, e.g., Economics or Business Administration.
  • Excellent communication skills at all organisational levels and a strong command of the English language.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, accompanied by an attractive package including car allowance, contributory pension scheme, life assurance, and private medical insurance. We also offer 24 days annual leave, option to buy or sell up to 5 days annual leave, and flexible working hours.

About the Role

You will be responsible for analysing actual project, service, and business line performance, providing additional support at month and year-end to ensure the integrity of business line and service line reporting. You will maintain a strong internal financial control environment and have excellent Excel skills.
