Workday Functional Specialist - Talent & Performance

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Functional Specialist to join our People Solutions Team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems, specifically focusing on Talent and Performance modules.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the configuration of Workday's Talent and Performance modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Provide expert support to users regarding system functionality, troubleshooting issues, and resolving queries.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, analyze processes, and implement solutions within Workday.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Workday updates, releases, and best practices to optimize system performance and user experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of training materials for users on Workday's Talent and Performance features.
Your Skills & Experience

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience as a Workday Functional Specialist, with a strong focus on Talent and Performance modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday's configuration, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest HR technology trends.
