About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Relief Support Worker to join our team at our Morecambe service. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and additional support needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and medication administration to service users
  • Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Support individuals to access their community, including going to the pub, gym, and days out
  • Carry out general administrative duties and support with domestic tasks
Requirements

A minimum of twelve months experience of working with people who have a learning disability is essential for this role. You must be able to demonstrate a 'can-do approach', person-centred values, compassion, and commitment. You will be reliable and dependable, as consistency allows our service users to feel safe.
