Job Summary

We are recruiting a highly motivated and experienced Paediatric Oncology Team Leader to join our team at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of high-quality patient care and support to young people with cancer.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage the Paediatric Oncology team, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure excellence in patient care.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior members of the team.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse Part 1, 2 or relevant section of the register.
  • Accredited mentorship course or willingness to undertake.
  • Relevant accredited clinical course (oncology/haematology 30 credits OR equivalent).
  • BSc or working towards.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £51,411 - £62,841 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
