Job Title: Building Services Project Coordinator

Company Overview: Nexus Careers Group Ltd is a leading provider of recruitment services for the construction and engineering sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced Building Services Project Coordinator to join our team.

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:
Oversee the delivery of individual or multiple building services projects from design input to practical completion, ensuring they are completed within allocated budgets and defined timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare specifications and briefs.
  • Tender works in line with procurement policies and submit quotations for client approval.
  • Manage project budgets, appoint consultants and contractors, and oversee works to completion.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company standard operating procedures.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for an experienced Building Services Project Coordinator who has a strong track record of delivering building services projects. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate teams and manage resources effectively.
