Reservations Coordinator

Join our team at The Europe Hotel & Resort, a 5-star group known for its award-winning service, hospitality, and culinary excellence. We are currently seeking a skilled Reservations Agent to work within our Front Office Department.

As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for creating detailed itineraries for guests, responding to sales inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the Front Office Manager and Reservations Manager to ensure seamless operations.

• Report to the Reservations Manager and Front Office Manager
• Create detailed itineraries for guests
• Respond to sales inquiries and convert them into contracted business
• Provide a prompt and efficient service to all customers and potential guests

• Previous experience with Opera PMS and Opera Cloud
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
• Administration and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent computer proficiency
• Previous experience in a Hotel Reservations environment
• Fluency in the English language
