Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our Front Office Department at The Europe Hotel & Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating detailed itineraries for guests, responding to sales inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Report to the Reservations Manager and Front Office Manager
• Create detailed itineraries for guests
• Primary line of inquiry for room reservations
• Convert inquiries into contracted business
• Respond to all customers and potential guests in a highly professional manner
• Provide a prompt and efficient service

• Previous experience with Opera PMS and Opera Cloud is necessary
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills are vital
• Administration and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail is a must
• Excellent computer proficiency
• Previous experience in a Hotel Reservations environment
• Fluency of the English language is essential
