Job Summary
The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians to deliver HVAC and electrical projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance, quality, and safety.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the project team, clients, and stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including records, reports, and correspondence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the HVAC and electrical industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
