Engage Recruitment is seeking a talented Continuous Efficiency Engineer to join their client's team in Renfrewshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and enhancing manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal efficiency and delivering high-quality products to the market.

Your key responsibilities will include managing improvement projects, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, generating risk assessments, and implementing safe systems of work. You will also oversee the introduction of new equipment and processes, including commissioning and condition-based maintenance tasks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage improvement projects from research to implementation.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute continuous improvement projects.
    • Generate risk assessments and implement safe systems of work.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a HNC in Electrical/Mechanical systems or equivalent discipline, competence in CAD systems, knowledge of PLC control systems and quality management systems such as Q-Pulse. Experience in a similar engineering role (minimum 5 years) and familiarity with project management methodologies are also necessary.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £18 per hour, along with excellent dayshift working hours of Monday to Thursday 7:45am - 4:15pm. The opportunity to lead impactful projects and drive innovation makes this a captivating opportunity for any ambitious engineer.
