Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Contracts Analyst to join our London-based team at Richard James Recruitment Specialists Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Physical Oil sector and a strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, industry GT&Cs, and Incoterms.

Key responsibilities include ensuring data integrity, reconciling trades, reviewing counterparty contracts, and managing the full contract life cycle.

Main Responsibilities
  • Reconcile trades within the system of record and against supporting documentation.
  • Review counterparty contracts and address trade discrepancies with internal stakeholders.
  • Follow up with counter parties and issue purchase confirmations as necessary.
  • Manage the full contract life cycle and negotiate contracts to conclusion.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract terms and GT&Cs.

Estimated salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
