Salary: £29,390 per annum

Job Description:

  • Supervising a team of 7 within the compliance department.
  • Leading the Compliance Team, creating a positive working environment, recognizing and promoting teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing first-line supervision and day-to-day support to your Team of advisors.
  2. Working closely with Customer Account Managers to ensure excellent service for clients.
  3. Monitoring KPI's and introducing measures to improve performance.
  4. Oversight of updating/checking on the internal CRM system.
  5. Assisting in monitoring and controlling Department performance against company and client KPI's.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills to all levels of the business.
  • Previous exposure to compliance is beneficial.
  • IT literate - Outlook, Excel, CRM Systems.
