Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at Apex Resource Management. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing aftersales product support to our range of electric vehicles at various locations and customer depots.

Job Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, diagnosing and repairing complex electrical and computer-based systems, and ensuring that our vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide aftersales product support to our range of electric vehicles at various locations and customer depots.
  • Diagnose and repair complex electrical and computer-based systems.
  • Ensure that our vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Liaise with customers, call centre and parts staff to report defects and order required spares.
  • Scanning fully completed job cards to the service centre for processing.
  • Actively partaking in product training as and when required.
  • Observing health and safety and being aware of surroundings and local engineering requirements.
  • Assisting customers with servicing/repairs to improve their product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Full driving licence + PSV licence.
  • Minimum City & Guilds level 3 vehicle maintenance or equivalent.
  • Excellent electrical and computer-based diagnostic skills.
  • EV or Hybrid competence, including HV trained in relation to High voltage DC electrical systems.
