Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at Apex Resource Management. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing aftersales product support to our range of electric vehicles at various locations and customer depots.

Job Purpose:

To provide comprehensive aftersales support to our electric vehicle fleet, including service, repairs, diagnostics, and timely resolutions. You will work closely with our customers, call centre, and parts staff to ensure seamless job completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform all aspects of PSV maintenance, inspection, fault diagnostics, and repairs at customer premises and service centres.
  2. Liaise with customers, call centre, and parts staff to report defects and order required spares.
  3. Scan fully completed job cards to the service centre for processing.
  4. Participate in product training as required.
  5. Ensure health and safety standards are met and observe local engineering requirements.
  6. Assist customers with servicing/repairs to improve their product knowledge.
Essential Requirements:
  1. Full driving licence and PSV licence.
  2. Minimum City & Guilds level 3 vehicle maintenance or equivalent.
  3. Excellent electrical and computer-based diagnostic skills.
  4. EV or Hybrid competence, including HV training in High Voltage DC electrical systems.
