We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic production kitchen team at Harrods. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a section and providing support to the Sous Chef and other team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a vital part of the team by ensuring the smooth running of a section and providing support to the Sous Chef and other team members.
  • Provide direction and support to the team to deliver the operational requirements of the day as required.
  • Assist the management in planning and forecasting of stock and orders.
  • Support with the organisation, stock rotation, and labelling of food stored.
  • Guarantee that Food Safety standards are adhered to by enforcing the high standard of hygiene and sanitation in all food-related outlets.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong track record of time spent within a professional kitchen, managing your own section ideally within a prestigious 5* hotel, cruise ship, or other high-volume catering environment.

Requirements

  • Strong time-management skills and a strong customer focus when dealing with both internal and external parties.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a good attention to detail.
  • Good PC literacy.
