Job Summary

We are seeking a Trainee Site Supervisor to support our Area Surfacing Manager in providing a safe and efficient delivery of surfacing projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for traffic management, minor civils, planning, and lining.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Area Surfacing Manager in delivering surfacing projects
  • Manage resources effectively to minimize costs and impact
  • Monitor progress and project delivery, anticipating problems and working collaboratively with colleagues
  • Assume responsibility for own performance, demonstrating drive and initiative
Requirements
  • Pro-active attitude and understanding of Health, Safety & Wellbeing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong team ethics, and a flexible attitude
  • Full valid driving license
  • Location within Oban region due to travel requirements
