Job Title: Trainee Site Supervisor

Breedon Group plc is the UK's largest independent materials business, operating across the UK. Our Surfacing Solutions business provides a national contracting service, delivering a wide range of asphalt surfacing services across the UK.

About the Role

The Trainee Site Supervisor will support the Area Surfacing Manager in providing a safe and efficient delivery of surfacing projects, including traffic management, minor civils, planning, and lining.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Area Surfacing Manager in delivering surfacing projects
  • Assist in traffic management, minor civils, planning, and lining
  • Monitor progress and project delivery
  • Anticipate problems and work collaboratively with colleagues for resolution and opportunities
  • Assume responsibility for own performance by demonstrating drive and initiative
Requirements
  • Pro-active attitude and understanding of Health, Safety & Wellbeing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong team ethics, and a flexible attitude
  • Must hold a full valid driving license
  • Need to be located within the Oban region due to travel requirements of the role
