Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team in ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the growth of our business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by answering sales lines, surveyor queries, and managing appointments
  • Act as an intermediary between management and sales, providing solutions to customer inquiries
  • Produce quotations and follow up with clients regarding outstanding quotations
  • Log, book, and cost ad-hoc job work, as well as maintain regular contact with surveyors
  • Manage purchase orders, emails, and other administrative tasks
  • Provide proofreading and data entry services as required
  • Collect payments for domestic job work and log it on the system
  • Set up new clients on the system and manage tender processes with Sales Managers
  • Report operational concerns to Sales Managers and produce presentations for the Sales Management team
  • Cover colleagues' workload when they are absent

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience in sales administration is desired
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Advantageous to have previous experience in a sales administration / customer service role and knowledge of CRM systems

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's success while developing your skills in a fast-paced environment. You will receive 20 days annual leave entitlement (plus Bank Holidays) for the first 3 years and 1 additional day per year thereafter reaching a maximum of 25 days.
