As a Digital Delivery Manager at BT Group, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of digital solutions that drive innovation and future digital thinking. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading communication with stakeholders and setting up and facilitating digital tribe portfolio ceremonies, including planning and delivery syncs.
  • Facilitating squads to deliver business value, through coordinating dependencies and resolving impediments, ensuring that the end-to-end digital solution is able to be delivered, including where there are third-party suppliers involved.

  • Managing risks and dependencies across the tribe, and escalating and tracking impediments.

Requirements:

  • Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to drive strong, open, and sustained communication channels both within digital tribes and with the wider stakeholder community.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies and digital product development.
  • Competence in project methodology (Agile & Waterfall).
  • A self-starter who does not rely on being told what to do or how to do it.
  • Experience in delivering a large number of projects and change initiatives in a matrix environment.
  • Professional/technical expertise in digital project management.
  • Proven experience of managing work through the software delivery life cycle in a development team.
