An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a skilled Advanced Paramedic Practitioner to join our network of clinicians on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a rewarding experience, working with a diverse patient demographic and contributing to the delivery of high-quality care. Our team focuses on ensuring access to quality care, working collaboratively to make a positive impact in the lives of patients.
This position requires Primary Care experience and a Prescribing qualification, with no need for an Advanced Clinical Practice Masters. The successful candidate will be an excellent team player, surrounded by a multi-disciplined team of clinicians providing a supportive environment for growth and development. We offer a manageable workload, with no extended hours requirement, and significant support from our leadership team. As part of our training PCN, we will provide support for further development and qualifications you choose to pursue, including the ACP Masters.
Salary and Benefits
The annual salary for this role is £52,500 (full-time equivalent), with a comprehensive benefits package including NHS Pension and 5 weeks' annual leave (excluding bank holidays). Additionally, you will receive full indemnity coverage and unrivaled progression opportunities within our organization.
Job Description
In this role, you will work as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, overseeing acute appointments for Minor Illness and Minor Injuries. Your responsibilities will include delivering quality patient care, working closely with Practice Managers and clinical teams, and contributing to the success of our PCN. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, with funding provided for further qualifications.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are seeking a qualified Advanced Paramedic Practitioner with Primary Care experience and a Prescribing qualification. While an Advanced Clinical Practice Masters is not required, we encourage candidates to pursue further qualifications with our support. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
