As a Personalised Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our female client, who requires assistance with daily living tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-to-one care and support, enabling our client to maintain her independence and quality of life.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering person-centred care. You will work closely with our client, supporting her with activities of daily living, such as prompting medication, helping with meal preparation, and assisting with personal care.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour on weekdays, £12.36 per hour on weekends, and £18.00 per hour on bank holidays. In addition to your hourly rate, you will also receive a range of benefits, including pension scheme, Blue Light card, free DBS check, and enhanced maternity/paternity and adoption schemes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a driver with a valid licence, have good professional and personal references, and be able to commit to a 24-hour shift pattern, including sleeping nights for two days per week.
