Palliative Care Specialist

We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide palliative and end-of-life care in the community. As a Palliative Care Specialist with Sue Ryder, you will be part of a team that offers compassionate support to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalised care to patients in their own homes, enabling them to receive care surrounded by loved ones
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care
- Support patients and their families through challenging times
Successful candidates will have relevant experience in palliative or end-of-life care, a full UK driving licence, and excellent communication skills. We offer a competitive salary of £4.04 per hour, plus enhancements for night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays. In addition, we provide a company pension scheme, continuation of NHS pension, annual leave entitlement, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, and employee networks.
