The primary responsibility of this position is to support the Head of School in driving strategic development and advancing the school's operational programme. Person Specification

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess:

  • A Consultant in Cardiothoracic Surgery designation on the Specialist Register.
  • Fellowship status with the Royal College of Surgeons.
  • An Education Qualification such as a Postgraduate Certificate, Diploma or Masters in Medical Education.
Requirements

Candidates should have a proven track record of delivering results in both clinical and educational settings. They should also possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate others, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
