Job Title: Site Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Officer to join our team at Plus One Recruitment. As a Site Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics site, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor CCTV footage and site patrols to ensure the security and integrity of the site.
  • Manage customer interactions and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure vehicles are parked effectively to maximize the use of the truck park.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all customers, visitors, and staff members.
  • Process customer payments and update the CRM system accordingly.
  • Be the first point of contact for all customers and visitors to the site, providing exceptional customer service and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a logistics or security environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
  • Good IT skills and confident using computer equipment.
  • Analytical and logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
