Site Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Officer to join our team at Plus One Recruitment. As a Site Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics site, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Monitoring: Monitor CCTV footage, conduct site patrols, and maintain accurate records of all vehicles entering and leaving the site.
  • Customer Service: Manage customer interactions, respond to queries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Site Maintenance: Ensure vehicles are parked effectively, maintain a safe working environment, and perform any other ad hoc duties as required.
  • Payment Processing: Process customer payments and update the CRM system accordingly.
  • Communication: Be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, communicating company policies and procedures.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Previous Experience: Previous site-officer or security guard experience is desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate politely and effectively with a variety of people internally and externally.
  • IT Skills: Good IT skills and confident using computer equipment.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail.

  • Shift Pattern: 4on/4off rotational 12-hour shifts (days and nights).
