About the Role

The Supplier Relationship & Governance Manager is a key part of a small team at Just Group plc and plays a crucial role in the management of Just's Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) programme. This is an exciting time for the company, with further development in Just's TPRM capability, involving deep collaboration with business stakeholders, 2nd and 3rd Line teams, suppliers, and adoption of additional software tooling to enhance TPRM.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Embedding TPRM Governance Framework: Support the embedding of the TPRM governance framework across Just Group plc, aligned to the Group Procurement & Outsourcing Policy (GPOP) and Group Procurement & Outsourcing Manual (GPOM).
  2. Policy Framework Updates: Update TPRM policy frameworks to align with regulatory changes and guidance from Just's Risk and Compliance teams.
  3. Contract Management and TPRM System: Manage Just's contracts management and TPRM system and drive a programme of enhancements to drive more risk coverage and user acceptance of the system.
  4. Collaboration with RMs: Work collaboratively with RMs across the organisation to ensure they comply with third-party governance processes.
  5. Governance Activities: Ensure RMs meet periodic milestones for governance activities, including monthly/quarterly/annual reviews, annual due diligence questionnaires, annual compliance attestations, materiality assessments, and updating of the Register of Third Parties.
  6. Quality of TPRM Activities: Ensure the quality of TPRM activities are completed in accordance with TPRM framework requirements and in line with Just's Consumer Duty and ESG requirements.
  7. RM Workshops and Committee Leadership: Lead RM workshops or lunch and learn events to advocate for deeper delivery of TPRM and lead and manage the direction of the monthly Supplier Relationship Management Committee (SRMC).
  8. New Supplier Onboarding: Continuously improve and manage the new supplier onboarding process to ensure all material and non-material outsourcing/third-party arrangements owned by the business adhere to GPOP and GPOM.
  9. GPOM Updates: Update GPOM biannually.
  10. Due Diligence Exercises: Support due diligence exercises on existing and proposed suppliers.
  11. Annual Risk Reviews: Facilitate annual risk reviews and ensure any third-party risks identified are owned and accepted, or have agreed mitigating actions in place.
  12. Quarterly Risk Reports: Compile quarterly risk reports.
  13. PRA Information Requests: Compile annual PRA information requests.
  14. Supplier Performance Reviews: Support the business in maintaining oversight of supplier performance reviews and associated documentation and monitoring their frequency.
  15. Performance and Risk Assessment Governance: Continuously improve performance and risk assessment governance and metrics.
  16. Supplier Information Management: Administer processes and controls to manage all supplier information and act as the primary data controller for supplier data.
  17. Regulatory Legislation Support: Support Compliance and RMs in understanding the impact of existing and proposed regulatory legislation.
  18. Compliance Monitoring and Internal Audit: Support Compliance Monitoring and Internal Audit exercises, ensuring actions are completed within deadlines.
  19. Formal Documents and Policies: Assist with the production of formal documents and policies.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Experience in SRM or TPRM: Experience in a dedicated SRM or TPRM role.
  2. De-centralised SRM Environment: Ability to work effectively within a de-centralised SRM environment.
  3. Financial Services Background: Financial Services background desirable.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with numerous stakeholders across an extensive and varied supplier base.
  5. Supplier Database Management: Supplier database management and reporting.
  6. Commercial Awareness: Commercial awareness.
  7. Contract and TPRM Fundamentals: Knowledge of contract and TPRM fundamentals.
  8. Storytelling: Storytelling TPRM concepts to RMs and senior management.
  9. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail.
  10. Organisation and Structured Working: Highly organised and structured ways of working.
  11. System and Process Development: System and process development skills.
  12. Formal Document Writing: Formal document writing skills.
  13. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
