Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Quest Employment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, assemble, pack, and label all assigned orders in accordance with operational processes, routines, and quality standards.
- Material Handling: Safely off-load containers and receive goods and supplies into the warehouse, and operate material handling equipment, including Bendi Trucks.
- Inventory Management: Place stock in designated locations or the order transit area, and perform all daily tasks specific to your role, ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Actively contribute to maintaining the warehouse's cleanliness and organization.
Requirements:
- Strong Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and dedication to the job.
- Product Knowledge: Good product knowledge (training will be provided).
- Experience: Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
- Team Player: A team player who takes ownership and can work independently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting.
- Valid Bendi Truck Licence: Valid Bendi Truck licence.
