Warehouse Operative Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Warehouse Operative to join our team at Meridian Business Support in Kettering. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including palletising boxes, using handheld scanners, and moving stock around the warehouse.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Palletising boxes and other items in a safe and efficient manner
* Using handheld scanners to process pallets on the system
* Moving stock around the warehouse using pump trucks
* Loading and unloading stock from vehicles
* General warehouse duties, including cleaning and maintenance

**Requirements:**

* Previous warehouse experience is desirable, but not essential
* Ability to use pump trucks and carry out physical work
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
* Previous experience using handheld scanners is an advantage
