Galldris Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plant and Transport Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance, servicing, and repair of our vehicles, plant, and equipment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, be computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and have a basic understanding of relevant health and safety legislation. You will be confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders and have a strong attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaise with site personnel to ensure timely servicing and repair of equipment
- Maintain accurate records of all vehicles, plant, and equipment
- Source spare parts as required
- Provide accurate information to support payment of invoices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of safety, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of services delivered
Requirements
- Coordination of vehicles, plant, or both
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Basic understanding of relevant health and safety legislation
- Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
- Confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
