Paediatric Nursing Manager

We are currently recruiting a highly skilled Paediatric Nursing Manager to join our team in the Essex area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and their families in the community.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients. You will be working in a well-established provider of complex care packages, supporting children and their families in the Essex area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client-Centred Care: Develop and deliver individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each client.
- Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment among the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT), ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
- Ongoing Support: Monitor, assess, and respond to clients' physical and emotional needs on an ongoing basis.
- Nursing Interventions: Deliver timely and effective nursing interventions, including medicine management, to ensure optimal client outcomes.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients' families through exceptional communication and empathy.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to create and manage bespoke care packages that meet clients' evolving needs.
Requirements:
- RSCN qualification with at least 6 months of experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN.
- A proven track record of effective management and leadership, with a focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- Recent experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Suitable for Band 5 / Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs.
- A full UK Driving Licence is desirable but not essential.
