About the Job

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in district nursing and leadership roles. They will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients with complex needs, including assessment, planning, and evaluation of care programs. The candidate will also lead the day-to-day management of the community staff nurses, supervising and deploying staff as needed.
