About the Role:
  • As a Children's Nursing Professional, you will work closely with our MDT to deliver personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • You will provide face-to-face support to children and their families, while also collaborating with community teams and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and identify the care needs of clients, developing and implementing comprehensive care plans accordingly.
  • Deliver high-quality nursing interventions, including the management of medicine delivery and ongoing monitoring of client progress.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring effective communication and trust.
Requirements:
  • RSCN with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN.
  • Advanced communication skills, both verbally and written, to liaise effectively with patients, families, and the MDT.
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years.
