Senior Employment Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Employment Solicitor to join our boutique Commercial firm in Lancashire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert employment law advice to our blue-chip clients and household companies.

About the Role
  • Fronting a Legal 500 listed department, you will be dealing with top-quality work on behalf of our clients.
  • Hybrid working arrangement available.
  • Leadership role with opportunities for Partnership.
  • No billings or KPI targets.

You will ideally be a Solicitor with at least 8 years' PQE+ and experience of providing respondent employment law advice. Our team deals with both contentious and non-contentious work, and we are forging a reputation for servicing large clients and providing an outstanding quality of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dealing with mostly respondent work, advising on a wide range of employment matters, including review of contracts and policies, advising on termination of employment, and representation during employment tribunal cases.
  • Providing corporate support on commercial agreements and corporate transactions.
  • Advising and drafting on settlement agreements.
