Senior Employment Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employment Solicitor to join our team at QED Legal. As a key member of our Commercial department, you will be responsible for providing expert employment law advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality employment law advice to clients, including review of contracts and policies, advising on termination of employment, and representation during employment tribunal cases.
  • Working closely with our clients to understand their commercial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business objectives.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing firm, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services. As a Senior Employment Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of employment law matters, including contentious and non-contentious work.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years' PQE in employment law.
  • Experience of working on quality employment law matters at a strong city or regional firm.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to provide tailored solutions to clients.
