Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Team Leader to join our Residential Care team at Shaw Healthcare. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our service users, while also leading and mentoring a team of care professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to service users.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users.
  • Ensure that all care staff receive regular training and support to maintain their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in residential care, preferably with older people.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards it.
