Key Responsibilities- Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Assist teachers in delivering tailored educational activities and interventions.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
- Develop and adapt resources to meet the individual needs of students.
- Encourage and support students to develop independence and self-confidence.
- Collaborate with the SEN team and other professionals to implement education plans (IEPs).
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during school hours.
- Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with learning needs.
