Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

We are offering a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join our UK safety company.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the PPE market.

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE), plus commission incentive, company car/allowance, and generous ancillary benefits is on offer.

About the Position

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of distributors and end-users across the Midlands region.

  • Midlands Region Strategic Focus with Variety of End User Sectors Aligning Well with Hand Protection Solutions from Industrial & Manufacturing through to Healthcare and Food Service
  • You will seek to align manufacturer with existing national accounts as well as independent distribution partners and promote new innovations to the market and support your distribution partners with regular end-user calls
  • Establish trust and effective working relationship with distribution sales team members crucial in first few months in the role
  • A large part of this position will also require attending trade exhibitions and events across the UK
Requirements

Candidates should have a consultative selling style coupled with deep H&S legislation and PPE product knowledge.

Example backgrounds:

  1. Successful recent sales background working for either a National or Independent safety distributor
  2. Alternatively, we can consider sales individuals who may have sales experience for a distributor or manufacturer from other sector such as Hygiene & Janitorial, Cleanroom supplies or perhaps Industrial consumables
