Job Description

Company Overview: We are a leading provider of care services for adults with complex needs, committed to delivering exceptional care that exceeds the expectations of our residents and their families.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Job Description: Our ideal candidate will have experience in managing care homes, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services. You will be responsible for leading and motivating our team, ensuring that our residents receive person-centered care that meets their unique needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing care homes
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. social work, nursing)
