Care Services Director

We are currently seeking a dedicated Care Services Director to join our team at Home From Home Care Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care services across our residential care home in the Lincoln area.
Job DescriptionCompany Overview: Home From Home Care Limited is a reputable provider of care services for adults with complex needs. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality care that exceeds the expectations of our residents and their families.
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Job Description: The successful candidate will have experience in managing care teams and a proven track record of delivering excellent care services. You will be responsible for leading and developing our team, ensuring that our residents receive personalized care that meets their unique needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in managing care teams
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g. social work, nursing)
