About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Stock Controller to join our team at First Call Contract Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient management and receipt of goods.

Main Responsibilities

  • Goods Receipt and Inventory Control: Oversee the receipt of goods, verify accuracy against purchase orders, and ensure timely processing.
  • Stock Maintenance: Maintain accurate inventory records, update stock levels regularly, and implement effective storage solutions to optimise space and accessibility.
  • Stock Checks and Audits: Conduct regular stock checks, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Warehouse Operations: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, operate a Fork Truck as needed, and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • A valid Fork Truck license is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in goods receiving or stock control is highly desirable.
  • Key Skills: Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, good communication skills, and proficiency in inventory management systems.

Salary and Benefits
