About the Role:

Tarmac is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing existing accounts and establishing new relationships with customers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical sales support
  • Input quotations and notes into our in-house SAP system
  • Utilize lead generation systems to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
  • Participate in a coaching process to support the growth and performance of the commercial team

Requirements:

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
  • Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and managing client relationships
  • Positive attitude, customer focus, and drive to succeed
  • Good communication and numerical skills
